Sales Director

We are looking for a commercially astute Sales Director to lead the sales function of our rural Worcestershire client, a leading business within the horticultural sector. This is a key leadership role focused on guiding and supporting a capable team, with a focus on building on existing and new trusted relationships, nurturing skills, and aligning the sales function with the company\’s values and long-term goals.
