We are seeking an experienced Plant Fitter to join our Plant Hire Client based in Aberdeen (AB12). This role involves maintaining a wide range of plant equipment to ensure it is ready for hire. This is a temporary role for 2 months with the opportunity to extend.
Job Requirements
- Must have proven experience working with a wide range of plant machinery
- Must have ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Must have ability to work between the hours of 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
Duties
- Servicing and repairing plant equipment, including tracked excavators, dumpers, rollers, and telehandlers
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out mechanical repairs
- Working to deadlines to ensure equipment availability
- Maintaining workshop standards and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
