Our Hereford based client is seeking a Marketing Executive to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This position will play an important role, bridging strategy and execution, ensuring campaigns and collateral are consistent with the brand while resonating with the targeted audience. Reporting to a senior marketeer within this growing department, you will be focused on ensuring brand and product portfolio are promoted across channels – digital, social, B2B, and B2C. This newly introduced role will appeal to an experienced marketing professional, excited by a wide-ranging scope of duties, from planning and executing campaigns, creating content, and supporting product launches to developing data‑driven approaches to optimise ROIs. You can expect: * Salary: £32k – £38k depending on experience * Working hours: Monday – Thursday (8:30am – 5pm), Friday (8:30am – 2pm) * Mostly office based, although the opportunity to work from home for 2 days a week is available * 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays * An opportunity to join an evolving Hereford based business, working across the global markets * Corporate charitable efforts including fundraising, donations, and volunteering * Pension: 6% company contribution You will be: * Develop marketing campaigns across digital, print, trade and in‑store channels to promote products and services * Monitor market trends, customer preferences and the competitive landscape * Use data insights to shape marketing plans, analyse buying trends and document processes to improve efficiency * Produce engaging marketing content for the website, social media, trade advertising, events, POS materials, email campaigns and collateral * Oversee social media presence, website and digital advertising. * Coordinate with sales, product, supply chain and customer service teams to align marketing and sales efforts * Ensure all campaigns and materials reinforce brand positioning, and support initiatives to build brand awareness * Document procedures, identify opportunities and stay current with marketing trends and emerging platforms and apply learnings to future campaigns What we are looking for: * Marketing, business and/or communications qualification * 5 years’ marketing experience * Hands on experience with social media management, email marketing, content management systems and marketing automation tools * Proficiency in analysing data through analytics platforms and using insights to refine campaigns. * Ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences, both written and verbal * Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders * Comfortable working with data, interpreting KPIs and making data driven decisions * Experience in market research, segmentation and ROI analysis * Competent in Microsoft Office suite and familiar with marketing tools * Able to infrequently attend tradeshows and marketing meetings across the UK and Europe, would be preferred but not essential Recruitment Direct Leominster Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
