We are working with a well-established manufacturing business to recruit an Internal Sales Administrator. This is an ideal position for a confident administrator with a natural, proactive sales ability to join our clients’ team on a full time, permanent basis. You will assist in handling basic customer enquiries, and processing quotations and sales orders. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in sales with structured training and progression opportunities.

What You Can Expect:

  • Permanent, full-time position
  • Salary: £26,500 - £29,000, depending on experience
  • Monday to Thursday, 8am – 5pm, Friday, 8am – 4pm
  • 31 days holiday per year including bank and public holidays
  • Eligibility to join a health care plan after 3 months
  • Leominster based with free parking

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Respond to basic customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person with a professional and helpful manner
  • Provide information on products, pricing, and availability
  • Pass complex or technical enquiries to senior sales staff
  • Assist with the preparation and entry of quotations and basic sales orders using the internal system
  • Ensure customer records and documentation are accurate and kept up to date
  • Attend training sessions to learn about the products and a foundational understanding of product types, specifications, and applications
  • Keep informed of any updates to product ranges, pricing, or company policies
  • Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to support business goals
  • Assist with routine reporting, data entry, and office duties as directed
