Junior Sales Estimator An excellent opportunity has arisen for a full-time permanent person to join a growing business within a specialist technical sector, based in north Leominster. This role offers the chance to work closely with both sales and operations teams, developing customer relationships while gaining valuable experience in estimating, tender preparation, and account management. What You Can Expect * Permanent, full-time role Monday – Friday, 9am–5pm * Site based north Leominster * Competitive salary £26,000 – £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience * 25 days annual leave * Training and support to develop a career in a growing UK-leading supplier environment * Team away days and lunches What You Will Be Doing * Building and maintaining strong customer relationships * Managing customer accounts from enquiry through to order stage * Preparing estimates and quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery * Preparing tenders for both small and large national companies * Managing order processing and chasing outstanding quotations * Interpreting comprehensive reports to provide accurate quotations * Communicating effectively with suppliers and liaising across all internal departments * Producing sales reports and advising on outstanding quotations * Maintaining and updating the CRM system on a regular basis * Working to deadlines and supporting the wider team with business objectives What We Are Looking For * Previous experience in estimating or tender preparation is desirable but not essential * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a confident telephone manner * A proactive approach with the ability to build strong customer/client relationships * Competency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) * Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to update and navigate them efficiently * A keen willingness to learn and develop within a bespoke industry * Full UK Driving Licence required Recruitment Direct are working as an employment business in relation to this vacancy, you must have be able to prove your legal right to work in the UK to apply
