We are working with a well-established organisation based in Hereford to recruit a Business Development Executive on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and tenacious individual with a strong desire to succeed, who enjoys identifying opportunities, connecting with people, and building and growing new business relationships.
What You Can Expect
- Working hours: 8:00amβ5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break
- Salary: Β£45,000-Β£50,000 plus uncapped commission after a successful probation

What You Will Be Doing
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across targeted customer interactions, via outbound telephone calls
- Effective use of salesforce CRM system, structured follow-up to drive consistent pipeline development
- A fast-paced, commercially focused environment that values initiative, enthusiasm, and performance
- Penetrating new markets through persistence, strategic outreach, and barrier-removal tactics
- Conducting thorough follow-up with both new and existing customers to ensure all opportunities are captured
- Maintaining accurate, comprehensive CRM documentation for all communication and pipeline activity
- Working to defined KPIs to deliver strong performance and measurable commercial outcomes
- Managing time effectively to maximise productivity and daily contribution to team goals
- Supporting wider business objectives and contributing to ongoing commercial growth initiatives
