This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business, in north Herefordshire on a full time, fixed term contract basis supporting both customer service and administration activities. Acting as the key point of contact for customers, you will play an important role in ensuring orders are processed efficiently, customer queries are resolved promptly, and export documentation is completed accurately.
What You Can Expect
- Salary: up to 27,000 per annum
- Monday to Thursday (8am 5pm) and Friday (8am 2:30pm), (40 hours per week) with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
- Fixed Term Contract - 12 months with the potential to increase to 18 months

What You Will Be Doing
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and order-related communications
- Monitoring customer orders throughout the production and fulfilment process
- Providing regular updates to customers regarding order status and delivery schedules
- Reviewing daily order books and production schedules
- Ensuring customer orders contain all relevant information and documentation
- Maintaining and updating customer pricing information within company systems
