We are seeking an experienced Plant Fitter to join our Plant Hire Client based in Cowdenbeath, Fife. This role involves maintaining a wide range of plant equipment to ensure it is ready for hire. This is a temporary role for 2 months with the opportunity to extend.
Job Requirements
- Must have proven experience working with a wide range of plant machinery
- Must have ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have strong diagnostic and fault‑finding skills
- Must have ability to work between the hours of 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
Duties
- Servicing and repairing plant equipment, including tracked excavators, dumpers, rollers, and telehandlers
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out mechanical repairs
- Working to deadlines to ensure equipment availability
- Maintaining workshop standards and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
Eligibility
Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK. Must have your own transport and be able to commute.
