The predicted salary is between 28000 - 42000 Β£ per year.
We are working with a north Leominster based client for a Contracts and Site Planner on a full-time, permanent basis. With the support of the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the successful day to day running of all Engineering Teams, including taking ownership of the work schedule and identifying all required materials for customer contracts. What you can expect: * Salary: circa Β£35k, depending on experience * Working hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday β Friday * Hybrid working opportunity * Annual leave: 25 days plus bank holidays * Team lunches and away days * Death in service and critical illness * Additional training opportunities β e.g. management training course What you will be doing: * Managing contracts and site labour, altering labour allocation should jobs change * Ensuring works are planned and carried out in a cost-effective way * Managing and continuous development of the CRM and all documents * Ensuring every customer contract has an accurate Risk and Method Statement (RAMS) * Identify all required materials for Customer Contracts and ensure they are ordered and delivered in time for the scheduled work * Updating the company work schedule and order board, and support with planning out the logistical details of all Customer contracts with the assistance of the ROV Manager * Collect and upload all documents and pictures provided by site staff on completion of Customer contracts and where necessary provide relevant documents to customers * Support and assist where appropriate with the completion of contracts to a satisfactory standard * Working to ensure the Company Health and Safety documentation is up to date and accurate * Support the staff training and development where necessary by booking courses as required and update the company work schedule * Record keeping e.g. expenses, timesheets for colleagues What we are looking for: * Previous experience in a contracts administration role would be preferred * Prior experience of organising off-site teams would be advantageous * Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail * Decision making ability – full autonomy will be expected following training * Ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-moving environment * Confident communicator with site staff, subcontractors, and customers * Competent IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and preferably CRM * This is a desk-based role with no requirement to work on site Recruitment Direct Leominster Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
