Our client has recently secured a 5-year social housing refurbishment contract and urgently requires 7 experienced Multi-Trade Operatives. All candidates must have proven multi trade experience including, strip out, first and second fix plumbing, tiling, and plastering. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must have Residential or social housing refurbishment experience
- Must have a CSCS card – ideally trade specific
- Must be able to get an up to date Working at Height/Manual Handling/Asbestos Awareness Cert
- Must have Public Liability Insurance
- Must have a up to date DBS or clean record to get one
- Must have a willing to provide a copy of their driving license & vehicle insurance
