The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment while providing essential administrative support. You’ll be learning the full 360 recruitment process, with the goal of progressing into a Recruitment Consultant role.

During your training, you will:

  1. Assist with recruitment admin tasks, such as CV formatting and database management
  2. Post job adverts and screen potential candidates
  3. Arrange interviews and liaise with clients and candidates
  4. Support compliance processes and maintain accurate records
  5. Gain insight into business development and client relationship management

As you develop, you’ll receive full training and mentorship to become a 360 Recruitment Consultant, managing your own clients and candidates.
