We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our Leominster based client as an Office Manager. This integral position is ideal for a candidate seeking a full-time opportunity with the drive, capability, and ambition to manage an established administration function for the long term.

What you can expect:

  • Salary: competitive, depending on experience
  • Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 5pm & Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
  • 25 days annual leave plus recognised bank holidays
  • Free onsite parking
  • Full time (37 hours per week), fully office‑based role

What you will be doing:

  • Day to day running of the company’s administrative functions
  • Confidential administrative support to the Board of Directors
  • Administrative support to the contracts team and site teams
  • Supervision of administrative staff and workloads
  • Transport administration for the company fleet
  • Assistance with the HR and workforce administration
  • Health and safety administration
  • Key point of contact for internal and external enquiries
  • Assistance with document control (drawings, RAMS, H&S documentation)

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative position
  • Experience within manufacturing, construction, engineering or a related industry, preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload in a fast‑paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
