My client is a renowned French FinTech company that markets its own AI-based expense and procurement management platform, which is revolutionising corporate spending. It supports thousands of companies and has offices in the United Kingdom, France and Spain, positioning it as a leader in Europe. As part of its business development, it is recruiting several Account Executives who will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing the entire sales process.
Your responsibilities as an Account Executive UK:
- Lead generation and prospecting
- Sales pipeline management
- Targeted approach
- Analysis of customer needs and alignment of solutions
- Sales presentations and demonstrations
- Handling objections
- Closing sales
- Market monitoring and feedback
- CRM and reporting
Ideal candidate profile:
- Fluency in English
- Open to SDR/BDR's that want to jump on an AE role and current AE's.
Recruitment process stages (full visio):
- Phone screening (15 to 30 minutes)
- Meeting with Sales Team Lead (45 minutes)
- Second & Last meeting with SVP Sales for a business case/role play (60 minutes)
