We’re recruiting for a senior Executive Support & Customer Success Lead role within a fast-growing, values-led organisation operating in a regulated, people-focused sector. This is not a traditional PA role. It’s a hybrid position sitting at the intersection of executive support, operations, and client experience. You’ll act as a trusted extension of the leadership team — bringing structure, calm and momentum — while also ensuring clients experience a smooth, professional journey from onboarding through to ongoing engagement.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing high-level executive and operational support to senior leadership
