Your Dedicated Chief People Officer & Talent Partner

HR Business Partner – Learning, Development & Training

If you believe that great people don’t just work somewhere—they grow there—then this might just be the role for you.

We’re looking for a strategic and forward-thinking HR Business Partner with a passion for learning and development, performance coaching, and building capability across fast-paced teams. This is an opportunity to shape the people development strategy of a rapidly scaling tech organisation operating at the cutting edge of innovation.

You’ll partner closely with senior leaders to identify skill gaps, create development frameworks, and implement programmes that genuinely move the needle—from onboarding and performance coaching to leadership development and technical training. You’ll also bring ideas to the table, not just execute them.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing and delivering L&D initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Supporting performance management, talent mapping, and succession planning.
  • Coaching leaders and managers to build high-performing teams.
  • Working collaboratively with HR and Operations to embed a strong learning culture.
  • Evaluating training ROI and continuously improving development programmes.

What we’re looking for:

  • A confident HRBP or Senior People Partner with strong L&D focus.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering learning strategies in a scaling or tech-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive mindset—curious, commercially aware, and solutions-focused.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives on autonomy and wants to see their ideas directly shape business growth.

If you’re ready to make a measurable impact and bring fresh thinking to learning and talent development, we’d love to hear from you.
