The DRVN Automotive Group are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Assistant to support the CEO. Based at the group's HQ in Perth (Scotland), you will assist with day-to-day operations, project coordination, and administrative tasks. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Support the CEO in planning, tracking, and delivering key projects; coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organisational goals; prepare project updates, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Administrative Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence; organise travel arrangements and prepare expense reports; draft and review documents, emails, and communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Meeting & Event Management: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items; assist in organising executive meetings, company events, and external engagements.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes; analyse project performance and provide insights to improve efficiency.
- Liaison & Communication: Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders; ensure smooth communication across teams, managing requests and priorities effectively.
Essential Skills
- Previous experience in executive support, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fully confident in using Microsoft packages.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
- Must have IDLR/Full right to work in UK - Sponsorship will not be provided.
Desirable Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.
