Job Title – Travel Sales Manager – Fluent German Job Location – London Salary – £20K–£27k basic My client is recruiting a fluent German travel Sales Manager that has experience of managing a team that produce quality, competitive quotations in response to client’s travel enquiries. We need you to help develop and maintain excellent working relationships with new and existing clients. In the role you will be managing and supporting the German speaking team. We need you to monitor staff performance and ensure that all staff achieves all targets. You must be great at building relations as you will be working closely with external agents to increase conversion rates. Another part of the role is to update and work closely with the Operations and Business Development Director on all aspects of the German Dept. Responsibilities: Acknowledge all new requests with a telephone call. Ensure that all new requests are qualified and logged Produce good quality quotations Take an option on accommodation or other services when required. Follow up all quotations consistently to maximize conversion rates. Ensure all itineraries are validated as per procedure in place Acknowledge confirmations to clients. Ensure that all options are confirmed before handing over to the Ops team Ensure handover sheets completed before handover Skills required: Professional, reliable and flexible Keen attention to detail Ability to work autonomously Previous contract or purchasing experience Strong customer service and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
