Our client is the market leader in delivering ticketing solutions to trade partners and consumers. With B2B and B2C unrivalled experience, our client continues to be the number one partner in the industry. Due to a promotion from within the team, they are recruiting for a new Ticketing Operations Coordinator to manage the operations and relationships with suppliers.
In the role, you will ensure that all sales result in customers being seated in the correct seat at the correct price prior to the commencement of performance and that the status of all tickets is reported to suppliers correctly and in a timely fashion.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting sales to venues
- Close out of restaurants, performances, attractions as required
- Answering and resolving trade lines calls from suppliers
- Actioning performance modifications
- Manage hard ticket dispatch as required
- Pull and investigate daily margin report
- Seat shifts
- Daily release of allocations
- Load ticket inventory onto the bespoke ticketing system to targeted levels
- Process contra deals and report to finance
- Respond within 7 working days to invoice queries from the accounts team
- Manage weather cancellations and communication
- Any administrative duties and loading/checking as required
- COBO print setting
- Collating and circulating box office holiday opening hours
- Work closely with the Inventory and Set up teams to ensure the company’s aims are met
