An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Surveyor to work on planned and reactive maintenance, repairs and refurbishments. You will be predominantly working within a residential environment, although there will be some exposure to commercial claims. You will be dealing with properties that have fire and water damage. The clients will be demanding, so great customer service is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Appropriately validate insurance claims on behalf of our clients.
- Communicate efficiently with a range of key personnel within the company including clients, subcontractors, suppliers, the public, operatives, and our internal office team.
- Demonstrate an outstanding level of customer service.
