Salary: £36k basic with a £53k OTE plus Car
Hours and Location: The role is 40hrs per week and hybrid but you will be required to visit car rental stations within your geographical area.
As the Sales Performance Coach you will be monitoring car rental results by station, counter agent, product, and business segment. In the role you will be coaching/training all members of car rental station staff and offer 1to1 to develop coaching skills and sales content knowledge. You need to identify the opportunities and the actions by agents, define weekly forecast, daily game plan and blueprint review.
Main Duties:
- Coaching and feedback form and goal setting with counter agents during visits
- Car Rental Station review/report by email (standard format) after each visit to Group and Country
- Monitoring of sales coaching activities done by the Station Manager
- Analysis of all Mid-month and End-month review of each counter agent
- Sales animations (Station Contest)

- Monitoring of Sales activities completed by Station Managers.
- Analysis of mid-month and month end reviews.
- Devise and execute Sales Competitions and Incentives.
