Our client is the market leader in the vehicle rental sector for holiday makers and businesses and they are recruiting a Sales Manager for their Gatwick Airport location. In the role you will work closely with the front line sales consultants. You will handle every aspect of client-interaction, from relationship management to the direct coaching of the sales team. Responsibilities:

  • Service based sales management
  • Staff training, development, coaching and corrective action
  • Sales and financial reporting
  • Manage staff performance and build effective teams to achieve sales objectives
  • Maximise incremental sales through effective training and staff development
  • Daily communication with staff providing recognition and constructive redirection
