Location: Stansted Airport
Salary: £12.21ph basic with a £50k OTE
Bonus: Guaranteed bonus of £300 per month for the first three months
Shift Pattern: 12 hour shift pattern so you ONLY work TWO days the second week: 5 days first week and then only two days second week
As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for selling and upselling car rental to tourists that have just flown into Stansted Airport. All the leads are warm as they need the car to get out the airport and start their holiday, it's a great opportunity to make commission. Our client is looking for someone that enjoys and excels in a customer facing role who enjoys achieving targets. In the role you will offer car & insurance upgrades plus optional extras like satellite navigation & child seats. You will be joining a market leading brand who will give you the opportunity to progress your career in the industry. Responsibilities:
- Be welcoming to clients that enter the airport rental station
- Upsell and offer additional products
- Achieve sales targets
- Manage the documents related to the booking of vehicles
- Carry out administrative tasks related to the rental of vehicles
- Activate the adequate procedure in case of damage detection and managing the objects left behind.
Key Skills/Experience Needed:
- Excellent communication and face to face sales skills
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility in your working hours, including availability during the day, evenings and weekends – our locations can offer you a wide variety of shifts.
- Held a driving licence for 4 or more years
