The predicted salary is between 30000 - 48000 £ per year.
Bonus: Guaranteed bonus of £400 per month for the first three months.
Hours: 12 hour shift pattern so you ONLY work TWO days second week: 5 days one week and then only two days second week.
You will deal with car hire for passengers that have just flown into Stansted Airport for a holiday or business travel. All the leads are warm as they need the car to get out the airport, it's a great opportunity to make commission.
As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for selling and upselling car rental, you will sell car hire to very warm leads then upgrade the car to luxury cars and offer upgraded insurance. Also, you will offer optional extras like Sat Navs, child and baby seats if needed.
Responsibilities:
- Be a welcoming face at the airport desk
- Upsell and offer additional products to the car rental booking
- Achieve sales targets
- Manage the documents related to the booking of vehicles
- Carry out administrative tasks related to the rental of vehicles
- Activate the adequate procedure in case of damage detection and managing the objects left behind.
Key Skills/Experience Needed:
- A full, valid clean driving licence, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience is required
- Sales experience
- Excellent communication and face to face sales skills
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
