As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling car rentals to holiday makers, local businesses, and the general public. If a customer has a car already booked, your role is to upgrade the rental that is already booked online. For example, you will upgrade the car to a luxury vehicle, a larger car, offer better insurance than what is already booked, provide child and baby seats, and upsell satellite navigation.

Responsibilities:
- Convince clients regarding the opportunity of integrating additional products into the rental contract.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Manage documents related to vehicle bookings, directly or through brokers, to finalize contracts and assign vehicles according to established procedures.
- Provide clients with accurate information to finalize the vehicle rental contract.
- Record client data and relevant information on the companyβs computer system when finalizing rental contracts.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and be available to clients.
- Prepare various operational reports as requested.
- Perform administrative tasks related to vehicle rentals, billing of debtors, GFA of breakdowns and accidents, and other issues.
- Occasionally inspect vehicles by following the appropriate procedures in case of damage detection and managing items left behind.
