Job Title – Sales Consultant Job Location – Manchester Salary – 15K Basic with a 35k plus OTE Job Summary We are looking for natural sales people that want to build up a client base over many years. The role is a travel sales role, but a travel background is not essential due to amazing training that will be provided. In the first year, you will have an OTE of 25k; the year after, once you have built up a client base, you will be earning 30k plus. You will receive a call from an excited client looking for a holiday, and your role is to add on extras (remember, the more you sell, the more you earn). You need to upsell – flights, accommodation, transfers, car hire, airport car parking, half board, and excursions. My client is a well-established travel sales office that has over 30 years of experience selling amazing holidays around the world. They advertise on television and radio daily. Responsibilities You must have a sales or travel background. You must be extremely self-motivated. You must be enthusiastic and dedicated to making yourself money. You must be comfortable working towards targets. Be able to work in a competitive environment and want to work as part of a lively team. Skills/Experience Needed At least 2 years’ experience of working in a sales environment. Target-driven and sales-focused with a proven successful sales track record.
