Our client is recruiting a Product Executive who will be working closely with the Southeast Asia Product Managers. In the role you will maintain product information and documents related to the Southeast Asia product range, this will involve the administration of planning sheets, final itineraries and tour dossiers. Your role is to support all product functions and drive the commercial effectiveness of the product range. Key Responsibilities:
- Support in the product development process with particular regard to commercial viability, meeting customer demand and anticipating operational implications.
- Coordinate and communicate all Southeast Asia itinerary alterations and other product changes to relevant parties within the business both in the UK and globally.
- Follow up with suppliers on customer complaints and feedback and support the Customer Relations team as required for Southeast Asia.
- Liaise with relevant suppliers for specific requests made by the UK sales team.
- Be on hand to answer any queries for the Sales team as required.
- Provide full assistance with the production of all relevant client documentation, including reviewing copy, checking the accuracy and appropriateness of information, and liaising with the design team and proofing.
- Carry out weekly capacity reports for Southeast Asia and make recommendations to the Senior Product Manager to maximise yield and profitability.
- Work with the Senior Product Manager to deliver training programmes to the reservations team and other parts of the business when required.
- Work with internal departments on ad-hoc projects as required to ensure the accuracy of product information, including supporting the yearly brochure production process.
