This hugely successful business travel company with a great central London location is looking for a Business Travel Consultant to work part time either 2, 3 or 4 days a week on a high profile business travel account. You will need to be self-motivated and organised with excellent business travel experience and enjoy working as part of a professional business travel team delivering a premium business travel service to the client.

Business Travel Consultant main duties include:

  • Handling all travel requirements including flight itineraries
  • Answering calls and responding to emails from clients in a polite, efficient and professional manner
  • Providing an outstanding level of customer service
  • Working as part of a team and communicating effectively both internally and externally
  • Sourcing the best and most cost effective worldwide routes, booking all flights, rail, hotel and all ground products
  • Dealing with VIP clients

Business Travel Consultant Key Skills:

  • Ideally experience within Business Travel although a strong leisure consultant who is trained on Sabre may be considered
  • Strong proficiency on Galileo essential
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent customer service & communication skills
