Our client is an independent industrial group that ranks among the world’s top 10 in transport and logistics. Their business has been intercontinental air and ocean freight. We are looking for a clerk that wants to be part of an exciting 24/7 team. You will be dealing with Customs (imports & exports), deliveries, collections, and exports. We need a clerk to arrange AOG shipments whilst monitoring urgent shipments. You will be processing road freight bookings. In the role, we need you to have great customer service as you will be answering emails and responding to problems and offering solutions. The shift pattern is 4 days on then 4 days off; the rota includes night shifts. Your working hours will be from 7am to 7pm for 4 days then 4 days off; then 7pm to 7am for 4 days then 4 nights off.
