Passionate about Early Years and keen to inspire the next generation? We're looking for an Enthusiastic Room Leader to join our growing team.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A professional, energetic, positive individual who can support the team in contributing to a safe and caring environment, filled with outstanding learning opportunities for the children in our care.
Licence: Childcare Level 3 or above
- A passionate and enthusiastic room leader for our Toddler Room (1-2 year olds)
- Full-time = 40 hrs/week (5 days)
- Qualifications: Level 3 or above
- Experience: 2 years in nursery, pre-school, or primary education, but we love meeting ambitious graduates as well!
- Nice-To-Haves: First Aid and Food Safety Training
- Must-Haves: a can-do attitude, bags of positive energy, a big smile, and a real passion for helping children get the best possible start to their education!
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education to children in a nursery setting, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote early childhood development.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and needs.
- Lead and manage your team, supporting to upskill and empower each individual team member.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of children's development and attendance.
- Support the management in leading and mentoring team members as needed.
