An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Insurance Repair Surveyor to work on planned and reactive maintenance, repairs and refurbishment. The role is a junior level and you will learn from senior members of the team daily. Our client is looking for someone that wants to learn the trade and move up in an established company. You will be predominantly working within a residential environment, although there will be some exposure to commercial claims. You will be dealing with properties that have fire and water damage. The clients will be demanding so great customer service is essential. You will contribute to the planning and delivery of building works projects and deliver work programmes using established processes and procedures and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Appropriately validate insurance claims on behalf of our clients.
- Communicate efficiently with a range of key personnel within the company including clients, subcontractors, suppliers, the public, operatives and our internal office team.
- Demonstrate outstanding level of Customer Service.
- Ability to maintain high levels of ethics and professionalism at all times.
