Our client is one of the leading luxury tour operators and they are recruiting an operations executive. Roles with our client don’t come available often due to the staff being so happy at the establishment. You will be joining a team producing all the documents including confirmation documents, visas, flight tickets and final documentation.

You must be great at attention to detail and have the ability to work calmly under pressure during busy periods so that documents are delivered on time is a key requirement. In the role you will be producing invoices, despatching confirmation documents, checking all items included and despatching on time. Another part of the role is to check client files so that prior to tickets being issued and final documents being ordered all aspects have been checked and verified as correct.

Responsibilities:
  • Producing client/agent invoices
  • Despatching confirmation documents
  • Checking all items included and despatching on time
  • Check client files in an orderly fashion
  • Acquire knowledge of the company’s products
  • Monitor the Reservation system to check for missing information
  • Taking payments on bookings and producing invoices for direct clients
Key Skills/Experience Needed:
  • A strong background in Amadeus or a GDS is required for assisting with client seat and meal requests and ticketing
  • Learn the duties of other team members so that holiday and sickness cover is provided
  • Be able to process amendments or cancellations
