Job Title – Galileo Travel Consultant (Must be fluent Russian) Job Location – London Salary – 25k basic with a 35k OTE Job Summary We are recruiting a Russian speaking Galileo trained travel consultant. My client is a global lifestyle travel management company which operates both as a travel agent and tour operator. They have a role available for an experienced Russian speaking Travel Specialist to work within the team. If you are looking for a challenge, very hands on, target driven and will be instrumental in driving the business forward this is the perfect role for you. You must maximise customer enquiries by working with preferred partners to provide fantastic service to clients to turn enquiries into profitable sales consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Skills/Experience Needed At least 2 years’ experience of working in a sales environment Target driven and sales focused with proven successful sales track record Works well under pressure, rises to any challenge, and meets objectives Capable of working within a team structure or autonomously Excellent communication skills Knowledge and experience of selling Villas and Chalets Experience of working in a concierge company Experience of dealing with VIP/high net worth individuals and their demands Tour Operation Experience In the role You must have experience driving sales You will need to take responsibility for client enquiries from start to finish You will be maintaining regular contact with client throughout duration of trip to ensure total satisfaction and repeat business Not only selling the villa/chalet but ensuring all the other arrangements; hire car, cooks, babysitting, etc. are all organised efficiently for them Resolve any client complaints in conjunction with manager quickly and efficiently Respond to both telephone and email enquiries in a timely fashion within the guidelines as set by their manager Use of effective sales/questioning techniques to close the sale, reaching and exceeding sales targets Prepare quotes using margins specified by manager Study and relate to product featured on the website Build relationships with suppliers and knowledge of the supplier base #J-18808-Ljbffr
