One of our very well established tour operators has the unique opportunity for a new Operations Consultant within their Groups Department targeted at the German market, with an immediate start available. Their clients are based throughout Europe with a vast amount in German and French speaking countries. You will be friendly, customer orientated, have an ability to work accurately to tight deadlines. You must be fluent in both written and spoken German and English. In return for your passion for their destinations and your great team spirit, our client offers a modern state of the art, air conditioned office in North West London. You’ll be part of an international team with a great spirit.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of groups and ensure expectations of clients are met.
- Ensure accuracy of bookings and costing information for correct invoicing on appropriate documentations.
- Monitor receipt of payments in accordance with company requirements.
