Location: Gatwick Airport
As a Customer Service Returns Advisor, you will be greeting customers as they return their rental car back to Gatwick Airport. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting the customer in expediting the conclusion of their vehicle rental experience and making them feel valued. In this role, you will secure vehicle keys from the customer upon return and confirm necessary documentation and checks are performed as needed. Another part of the role is to ensure the car is ready for the next customer by inspecting and recording new damages and checking petrol levels and mileage.
Shift Pattern: 12-hour shift pattern: 5 days in the first week and only 2 days in the second week.
Responsibilities:
- Put a smile on customers’ faces when you provide them with excellent service.
- Greet all customers using prescribed, appropriate dialogue as they arrive at the rental station.
- Remind customers to check for personal belongings.
- Advise and review rental charges; and provide an accurate receipt to the customer.
- Inquire about service satisfaction and document any dissatisfaction.
- Discreetly check incoming vehicles for damage and direct customers to the counter for completion of the damage/loss report.
- Keep the car park organized for ease of access and traffic flow.
- Understand the damage loss report reporting procedure.
Key Skills/Experience Needed:
- Must have 6 months of customer service/sales experience.
- 4 years plus valid driving license.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions with moderate noise levels.
- Basic computer skills.
