Our client provides drivers with vehicle finance and short-term vehicles to rent so they can work for a well-established transportation company. In the role of Customer Service Executive, you will form part of the front-line customer service team, providing telephone and email support to the customer base (plus web chat when it's implemented). Our client helps people who have often never owned a car before, or been declined credit, enter into an agreement where they work towards owning their own car.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and helping customers with queries about their vehicle, hire or contract.
- Responding to incoming emails and customer web chat.
- Resolving customer issues on first response or creating cases for other staff members to resolve.
- Making outbound calls to customers to organise scheduled vehicle servicing and licence renewals.
- Communicating to customers around active insurance claims.
- General data entry keeping our fleet management and customer systems up to date.
- General office administration to include doing our weekly Amazon food and drink order, any stationary orders etc.
