Job Title – Car Valet – Part Time

Salary – £9.50 ph (20-25 hours a week)

Our client is looking to recruit a vehicle valeter to play a key role in a busy environment providing a prompt and professional valeting service to their clients that drive cars for Uber.

They are offering 20-25 hours a week increasing over time as they get into the busier Spring/Summer period.

Our client has a couple of options on days you can work. The three days you work could be Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (7 hours a day) or Monday, Wednesday, Friday (7 hours a day).

You will be working 9:30am – 5pm with a 30-minute break.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean the inside and outside of a variety of vehicles
  • Ensure vehicles are washed, vacuumed and polished to a high standard
  • Inspect the vehicle for any repair quality issues
  • Use all products and chemicals safely with the correct PPE
  • General driving duties as required

Key Skills/Experience Needed:

  • General valeting (Essential)
  • Working in a Bodyshop (Desirable)
  • Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
  • Operating a Jet wash machine (Desirable)
  • Work well in a team & independently
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Reliable / good time keeping
  • Self-motivated / proactive approach to work
  • Work well under pressure
  • Physical aptitude is required due to the nature of the work
