Our client is recruiting an Assistant Manager who will help the store manager to build the store’s success. Our client stocks a variety of home, kitchen-ware, gifts, healthcare and other products. You’ll need proven experience in retail management. You will be part of a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment. You will work alongside your Store Manager to lead and motivate your team to beat sales and service targets. You will work in a place where individuals are encouraged and supported to deliver something exceptional. One day you could find yourself helping the Store Manager sort out deliveries, place orders, or deal with customer complaints.
