My client is recruiting an Account Manager who has a bubbly personality that will be great at customer service and building relationships with new and existing clients. In the role you will take a key part of the revenue stream by assisting major corporate companies. You must be professional, hardworking and be able to build rapport to influence individuals at all levels. We are looking for someone to be a natural relationship builder and problem solver who likes to take responsibility for the success of your key client accounts. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to operate across seniority levels. The team need an exceptional team player who can rapidly build rapport in a focussed yet collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow existing client portfolio
- Act as the key point of contact
- Continual analysis to provide real-time feedback on account activity
- Provide prompt and efficient response to all client requests
- Maintain the highest levels of service
- Ensure all up sell / cross sell opportunities are maximised
- Develop and maintain key internal relationships across the business
