Based in both Essex and London, our client is experiencing huge growth. During this exciting time, the opportunity for an experienced Account Manager with Online Games knowledge will be the key to driving this department forward.
Main Duties:
- Oversee the clients' full portfolio of Online Games clients by managing and coordinating the team to achieve and exceed clients’ expectations.
- Manage your own portfolio of clients.
- Continually strengthen and forge excellent client relationships through proactive directorship and communication including face-to-face meetings, telephone, conference call, and email communication.
- Maintain client satisfaction & retention to an agreed target.
- Actively seek to increase the games and campaigns offered to existing clients and increase the income generated against agreed individual and team targets.
- Have an in-depth understanding of the financial status of the Online Games client portfolio.
- Increase client spend as a percentage of their total marketing budget.
- Prepare commercial client proposals and attend pitches with the Business Development team.
- Develop and direct effective games and campaign strategies through direct liaison between all involved in the project team including account management, business development, and delivery teams.
- Prepare and present sustained high-quality management information reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis to clients and the management team alike.
- Plan and implement efficient processes and systems within the Online Games team.
- Identify new business opportunities and increase our games portfolio.
- Develop, manage, and negotiate with high-level contacts within all major partnerships.
- Develop processes that help to accurately forecast and plan media spend.
- Employ excellent listening and probing questioning skills to fully understand: Client and their industry sector; Client’s products and services; Client’s marketing objectives; Client’s Return On Investment (ROI) objectives.
- Increase your awareness of client competitor games activity aiding informed recommendations to the digital games strategy encouraging increased spend.
- Ensure the client remains proactive with clients by regular communication in all forms through effective account team management.
- Promote the client through a professional manner, appearance, and delivery while always keeping promises.
