Warehouse Manager

6.00am start required at least 3 to 4 times a week (9 hour days).

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager with previous experience within the FMCG industry looking to work for a global business where you will be managing a team.

Do you have warehouse and logistics background in a food production & freezer/refrigeration environment and want to work in a business where you are given full freedom to do your job?

You will be working in a high volume FMCG Manufacturing environment, where you’ll be responsible for enhancing the warehousing and logistics operations and driving initiatives to improve the company’s infrastructure.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to think on your feet and make confident problem-solving decisions. You will be responsible for the warehouse team, currently around 20 direct reports with the expectation of growth.

This role would suit a Warehouse Manager with excellent man-management skills, looking for an autonomous role at a senior level where you will impact the future of the company and directly report into the UK Head of Supply Chain.

The role:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
• Full team / personnel responsibility of a team of 20 people and growing.
• This includes goods in, pick & pack operations, dispatch / goods out, and replenishment of the warehouse.
• The primary focus is smooth operations, continuous improvement and man-management.
• Delivering circa 5000 orders per week currently, with 200+ frozen SKUs and 100+ ambient products.

The person:

• Warehouse Management background from a FMCG industry.
• Background in frozen/refrigerated high volume operations.
• Commutable to Frimley.
