A well-established and growing provider of high-performance materials and specialist packaging solutions across Europe and beyond is searching for an exceptional Site Operations Manager to take the helm at their key site near Halifax. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams including production, warehousing, and customer services
  • Ensure site operations align with business goals and quality standards
  • Oversee facility management, health & safety, and process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with supply chain, sales, and quality, health, safety & environmental teams to drive performance and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor KPIs and reporting, including on time in full (OTIF), stock management, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system integrity
  • Implement Sales & Operation planning and contribute to strategic planning
