Responsibilities
- Carry out a wide range of servicing and repair work on customer vehicles.
- Demonstrate teamwork to deliver excellent customer service.
- Use technical knowledge and skills to achieve efficient, economic and safe servicing and repair.
- Build effective working relationships with colleagues.
- Complete repair and service records as specified by the Workshop Controller or Service Manager.
- Analyse work orders carefully to understand a vehicle's condition, diagnosis accuracy and the agreed work.

- Previous diagnostic experience and strong understanding of automotive systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Full and qualified Car Technician and MOT Tester.
- City and Guilds or NVQ Level 3 qualification preferred.
- At least two years recent experience post‑qualifying.
- MOT Testing Licence.
- Full and valid UK driving licence.
