We are a CQC-registered care provider delivering high-quality, person-centred supported living services. We are expanding our Chelmsford team and are looking for compassionate female Support Workers who value stability, structure, and meaningful work.

The role:
- Supporting individuals in supported living accommodation
- Promoting independence, dignity, and choice
- Providing personal care where required
- Supporting daily living activities (meals, medication prompts, appointments, community access)
- Working in line with individual care and support plans
- Lone working where risk-assessed and appropriate
You must:
- Be a female Support Worker (occupational requirement due to service user needs)
- Be reliable, patient, and compassionate
- Have experience in supported living, learning disabilities, or mental health (preferred but not essential)
- Have the right to work in the UK (We are not able to offer sponsorship for this role)
