An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Financial Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team within a highly regarded Financial Advisers who support hybrid working and are accommodating/flexible with hours of work.. And in a company who deliver on professional development i.e. Financial Administrator > Paraplanner > Financial Adviser.
Here you will act as a point of contact for client queries with regards to pensions, investments and protection as well as liaising with product providers and covering all aspects within the general office administration. All the time, ensuring a first-class service is provided throughout.
Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for assisting with enquiries and information requests
- Manage correspondence with clients, both in a written and verbal capacity
- Process New Business
- Assist Paraplanners and Advisers with preparing client review packs
- Arrange client meetings and diary management for Advisers
- Complete Portfolio Illustration requests
- Back-office administration and customer service support
- Ensure all financial planning administration is carried out in accordance with procedures
- Maintain client records on company software to ensure that all files are well presented, accurate and compliant
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise workloads
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Confident in IT and office software packages
- Working knowledge of IO and platform experience (Advantageous)
- Previous experience working in a Financial Planning firm (Advantageous)
- Understanding of Model Portfolios (DFMs is preferred)
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
Starting Salary:
- £29,000 to £30,000 per annum
