We\’re looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join a forward-thinking manufacturing business at an exciting stage of growth and expansion.
This full-time, permanent position offers a unique opportunity to run training across the company, supporting teams, carrying out onboarding and upskilling staff.
As the Learning & Development Coordinator, youll work alongside the HR and Training team to manage the day-to-day delivery of internal training programmes, with a particular focus on manufacturing and production environments.
The Role Learning & Development Coordinator

Deliver engaging training sessions on topics such as food safety, health & safety, equipment usage, and leadership

Design and update training materials including SOPs, e-learning modules, presentations, and practical assessments

Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain accurate records across LMS and internal systems
-
Support onboarding and induction for new starters

Act as first point of contact for all learning and development queries

Work cross-functionally with other departments to identify and respond to training needs

Support audits, compliance checks, and regulatory reporting related to L&D activities
About You
We\’re looking for someone confident, organised, and passionate about professional development. You\’ll need:

A Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent)

Experience designing and delivering training programmes in a regulated or manufacturing setting

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Strong working knowledge of learning systems, Microsoft Office, and training documentation

Ability to assess training effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvement
Previous experience in a food, FMCG, or production-led environment is desirable.
