About You
We are looking for a commercially strong Quantity Surveyor who can confidently take ownership of a branch-level commercial function. Fire protection or passive fire experience would be useful, but it is not essential. The priority is strong QS fundamentals, commercial accuracy, confidence with CVRs and the ability to manage multiple contracts, accounts and workstreams in a busy operational environment.

Why Apply?
This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior commercial role with real responsibility, strong earning potential and the chance to shape the commercial performance of a growing regional branch. You will be joining a business with long-term quality contracts across social housing, healthcare, education, leisure, public sector and commercial environments, delivering high standards of work across the UK.
The package includes a salary of £60,000 - £70,000, car allowance, fuel card for business and personal use, and an achievable bonus structure of up to 25%.
