Are you an experienced Stores Assistant, Engineering Stores Operative, Parts Coordinator or Stock Controller looking for a stable, days-based role within renewable energy? Youll be based at a brand-new, state-of-the-art stores depot and warehouse , which has recently been built and fully fitted out. Youll support engineering and maintenance teams across the business, with some travel to other operational sites when required. Salary and Benefits Monday to Friday, days-based working Annual bonus of up to 15% Company pension contribution of up to 7.5% Brand-new, purpose-built stores depot and warehouse Stable, permanent position Growing renewable energy business Some travel to operational sites Long-term development opportunities The Role This is a varied, hands-on position covering engineering spares, stock control, purchasing, deliveries, PPE and inventory management. Your responsibilities will include: Receiving, checking and booking in deliveries Maintaining accurate stock and inventory records Issuing spare parts for maintenance, breakdowns and planned outages Raising purchase orders and chasing overdue deliveries Liaising with suppliers and internal engineering teams Managing PPE and workwear stock Completing stock counts and investigating discrepancies Recording loaned tools and equipment Supporting the preparation of service kits and Bills of Materials Visiting other operational sites to complete stock checks Keeping the stores and warehouse safe, tidy and well organised What Were Looking For Previous experience within an engineering stores, warehouse, parts, inventory or stock-control environment would be ideal. Youll also need: Strong organisational skills Excellent attention to detail Confidence using Microsoft Excel and Office Good written and verbal communication skills A practical, hands-on approach The ability to manage competing priorities A full UK driving licence Willingness to travel to other sites when required A forklift or telehandler licence would be useful but is not essential. Experience using Microsoft Business Central or another ERP or inventory-management system would also be advantageous. TPBN1_UKTJ
