The Role
- Contract cost control and commercial performance
- Monthly CVRs and forecasting
- Applications for payment and cash collection
- Variations, valuations and final accounts
- Subcontractor procurement and management
- Financial reporting and margin improvement
- Commercial risk identification and mitigation
- Tender support and pre-construction input
- Supporting branch profitability and project delivery

- Full UK Driving Licence
