Are you a Field Service Engineer, Service Technician or Maintenance Engineer looking for a home-based role with autonomy, variety and strong earning potential? This is a great opportunity to join a long-established UK business within the garage equipment sector, supporting customers across Watford, Hertfordshire, North London and the wider M25 region.
You will be working on specialist garage and workshop equipment, carrying out service, repair, maintenance, fault finding and calibration on customer sites.

The Role:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, maintaining and calibrating a range of garage and workshop equipment. This will include equipment such as tyre changers, wheel balancers, vehicle lifts and associated workshop systems.
You will carry out planned maintenance, respond to breakdowns, diagnose mechanical, electrical and pneumatic faults, and ensure customers' equipment is operating safely and efficiently. This is a field-based role where you will manage your own workload, travel to customer sites and build strong working relationships with garages, workshops and automotive customers.
Requirements:
- Mechanical, electrical or pneumatic engineering experience
- Hands-on service, repair or maintenance experience
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience with garage equipment, lifting equipment, plant equipment, workshop machinery or automotive equipment would be highly beneficial, but full training will be provided for the right engineer.
- Ex-forces engineers are also strongly encouraged to apply.
