The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to lead Passive Fire Protection and FRA works. This is a hands-on role where you will take full ownership of contracts, from mobilisation through to delivery and financial performance.

The Role

  • Manage Passive Fire / Fire Stopping / FRA contracts
  • Take ownership of contract performance and margin
  • Manage direct labour and subcontractors
  • Monitor productivity and performance
  • Carry out site visits and compliance checks
